Brain Health Across the Lifespan

From movement to meaning, this series turns insight into action.

This year’s Mensa Foundation Speaker Series will explore brain health through topics that shape the way gifted and neurodivergent adults live and cope. Sessions cover movement and regulation, gifted identity, spirituality and purpose, gifted un(der)employment, and the polymath advantage. Expect clear frameworks, accessible language, and practical tools.
