Eldon Romney was named to the Mensa Foundation board in 2012. He is President of Air Quality Consulting, LLC.; his areas of expertise include industrial hygiene (asbestos, lead, mold and radon) and EPA/OSHA rules. He earned a bachelor's degree in health science from the University of Utah and is a member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association and the National Environmental Health Association.
Eldon is a longterm Mensa volunteer, serving at the local, regional and national levels; he was Provisional Ombudsman from 1988 to 1990 and National Ombudsman from 2000 to 2010. He received the Chairman’s Service Award for superior service to American Mensa in 2007 and 2010 and the Distinguished Service Award for outstanding service to American Mensa in 2011.
Eldon lives in Utah with his wife, Lynda.
