TeenSIG

Run by teens for teens, this national Special Interest Group of American Mensa focuses on engaging young people ages 13-19 in activities and introducing them to the benefits of being a Mensan. TeenSIG provides an environment for this generation of Mensans to bond and meet other teens of their same mental caliber.

At the Annual Gathering, TeenSIG holds teen-coordinated events such as talent shows, volleyball games, game console tournaments, dance classes, movie nights, card games and scavenger hunts in their TeenSIG-designated room. In short, TeenSIG hosts unforgettable programs that encourage all teens to apply for Mensa, become involved and recruit other candidates.

For more information on TeenSIG's current AG program, visit www.ag.us.mensa.org. If you are a Mensa teen, feel free to join the TeenSIG Facebook group.

The Mensa Foundation provides funding in support of the TeenSIG room at the Annual Gathering. In addition, the Foundation also provides funding in support of the AG "Tweens Room," a location where Young Mensans ages 10-12 can meet, play games and socialize.
